Designed to work with 3-1600 HP mud pumps and 5-1200kw diesel/gen sets, the BAC 4000 integrated drilling control system is an AC VFD control system with a maximum hook load of 6750KN. This robust system consists of a redundancy system structure based on computer control, digital vector VFD control, digital DC drive control system and net-technique system. The drawworks is controlled by a high-precision, load-balanced four-motor drive.
