Offshore fracturing unit

A unit for offshore fracturing operations is used for high density and low density fracturing works, acidizing and fracturing operations on the offshore oil fields. Equipment can meet requirement of high pressure and large displacement.
Fracturing pump skid is split type, for instance, sand blending skid is divided into three parts each of them is not more than 13 ton. Hydraulic and air lines between skid blocks have quick-connectors for ease of maintenance, the whole unit can be hoisted in the cabin easily.
All units operations are automatically controlled through computer network and can be monitored in skid block.

Instrument control skid is the network control center of sand protection unit. Throught computer network connection lines, sand pump can be controlled from a long distance. This unit also provides such functions as data collection and recording, printing reports and operation analysis.
