ZJ70D 电动钻机技术概述
Standards. All main components are in compliance with appropriate API Specifications. This
kind of drilling rig is suitable for exploration and development of oil and nature gas in depth
rating of 7000 meters with 114mm (4-1/2”) drill pipe.
ZJ70/4500D(以下简称ZJ70D) 钻机根据中国国家标准 SY5609-1999<石油钻机形式和基
本参数>和相关国际标准进行设计和制造，所有主要组件均符合API 技术要求。这种钻机在使用
114mm (4-1/2”)钻杆条件下，适合额定钻深7000 米的石油和天然气的勘探开发。
The features are as follows:
主要特征如下：
- Fully meet 7000 meter drilling process requirements;
- 完全满足7000 米钻井工艺要求；
- 采用直流电机分别驱动绞车、转盘和泥浆泵；
- This drilling rig mainly consists of crown block, traveling block, hook, swivel, rotary
table, drawworks, mud pump, mast and substructure that all are in compliance with
API specification.
- 此钻机主要由天车、游车、大钩、水龙头、转盘、绞车、泥浆泵、井架和底座组成，所
有部件均符合API 技术要求；
- DC motor drive drawworks with lebus grooving, to be equipped with Crown-O-Matic
switch.
