the function of the hook block
The traveling block and hook are important hoisting equipment that are used to trip the drill rod. oil pipe, pumping rod and some kinds of drill tools in the diilling and workover rigs, their main functions are as follows:
Hanging the swivel and drill tools when drilling;
Hanging the elevator bail and elevator to trip the drill tools on the round-trip operation
Finishing the other drilling and auxiliary job.
The Trait:
The traveling block and hook are designed and manufactured in the light of SY/SY5208-91 and API Spec 8A
The hook block is designed to integrate the traveling block with hook, its superiority is: small whole size, compact structure, shortening the combination length of the traveling block and hook in order to make foil use of the denick height, operating easily, matching the truck-mounted diilling rig well.
