XQB89/8YA hydraulic power tongs are closed-end power tongs used for quick loading and unloading of pipe rod screws in oil field workover operations. They can be used in both land and offshore oil fields, and are suitable for Ф60~89mm (2 3/ Installation and disassembly of tubing and small drill pipe joints within the 8"~3 1/2") specification range. Compared with other power tongs of the same type, it has the following characteristics:

 

(1) There is no need to replace any parts of the pipe string of any size within the applicable range;

 

(2) All transmission parts are enclosed inside the casing and are not easily damaged;

 

(3) spur gear transmission, simple structure and convenient maintenance;

 

(4) Reliable clamping performance and long service life;

 

(5) The main back clamp is fully hydraulically linked and does not require air supply.
