The 20Y hydraulic power tongs are open-ended power tongs for unloading 23/8" -31⁄2" drill pipes, 2 7/8"- 41⁄2" tubing and 41⁄2"-51⁄2" casings in oilfield workover operations. It has the following characteristics:

1. The main clamp is driven by a large torque hydraulic motor, and the back clamp is driven by a rack plunger. The transmission is simple and compact.

2. Both the main and the back clamps adopt the inner curved roller climbing type clamping mechanism, which is timely and reliable for clamping and loosening.

3. The main clamp head is provided with upper and lower inner and outer righting mechanisms, which is stable in rotation and long in service life.

4. The main and back tongs are matched, and the manual directional control valve can be used to synchronously clamp or loosen the column.

5. The friction type brake mechanism is arranged on the upper part of the clamp head, which is convenient for adjustment and maintenance.

6. The manual reversing valve and the reset knob cooperate to make the reversing flexible and convenient.

7. It has automatic opening and closing safety door device, which plays a safety role during work.
