The XQ114/6YF hydraulic power tongs are an open type power tongs used for quick shackle in oil field workover operations. This product has the following characteristics:

The power tongs are composed of a main tongs and a back tongs, which are compact, light in weight and high in efficiency;

The main and back tongs are controlled by separate hydraulic valves for more reliable operation;

The two-speed shifting stage has a large difference, the high-speed speed is fast, and the low-speed torque is large;

The power tongs have an integrated brake disc, which makes the rafter clamp the column more effective;

With the extension guide rod, the main back clamp can hold the body at the same time;

The clamp head brake mechanism and the steering control mechanism are arranged on the upper part of the clamp head, and the performance is reliable, and the installation, adjustment, use and maintenance are extremely convenient;

The main clamp is suspended, the back clamp floats under the main clamp, and the back clamp is connected with the main clamp through a quick joint. The main clamp and the back clamp are easy to be combined, and are easy to separate and use.
