YDP201 series diesel engine electronic control unit pump fuel injection system is a kind of high-pressure fuel supply control device which takes the microprocessor as the core and high-speed solenoid valve as the actuator to accurately control the fuel injection timing and rules according to the diesel engine operating conditions in order to improve its overall performance index.

 

 

The system uses a powerful 32 bit microprocessor to achieve full range control of the engine, including:

2, stable low idle speed control;

 

3. Protection of vehicle and sensor failure.

 

4, adjustable load torque characteristics;

The actuator adopts controllable stroke high-speed electromagnet and split structure with self-sealing joint surface (which has been patented by the state). It has moderate processing difficulty, good consistency and sealing reliability, simple maintenance and relatively low cost.
