YD923T synchronizer is used to control the phase of the generator (off-line machine) when the diesel generator sets are parallel to each other, so as to synchronize the phase with the on-line machine. The synchronizer can be used for automatic paralleling, adjusting the phase difference and driving the main switch to close when it is in sync, or manual paralleling to indicate the synchronous state. The typical synchronization time is 4 seconds when the performance tuning of the tuning controller is optimal.

 

 

 

Two, product characteristics

 

 

 

The synchronizer monitors the phase and frequency of the alternating voltage between the generator (off-line machine) and the bus (on-line machine) in real time (the two alternating voltage signals are isolated from each other and the electrical regulator is also isolated), compares the two phases, and outputs a DC phase correction signal according to the phase difference.

 

 

 

The AC voltage input of YD923T has a large input range. The two AC voltage input terminals are isolated from each other, which ensures that the generators are also isolated from each other before parallel operation.

 

 

 

The YD923T synchronizer directly outputs the phase relationship between two AC signals on terminal 6. If the two signals are basically "in-phase", a DC voltage of about 5.1V will be output.

 

 

 

The dynamic response performance of YD923T synchronizer can be adjusted by two potentiometers, gain and stability, on the panel.

 

 

 

The YD923T synchronizer has a "synchronization precision" potentiometer inside it to adjust the phase error tolerance that allows the internal relay to start the parallel signal.

 

 

 

If the AC voltage signal of the network machine is not connected to the input of the synchronizer, the output of the synchronizer is neutral, which will not affect the speed of the generator.
